The Victron M8 BMS Extension Cable 5 m is a male-to-female communication cable designed to extend BMS wiring in compatible Victron lithium battery systems. Model ASS030560500 uses M8 circular 3-pole connectors and is supplied as a bag of two cables, providing extended reach for flexible battery-system layouts.

It works with Lithium Smart batteries and a Smart BMS and can also extend communication between Lithium NG batteries and an NG BMS. The 5 m length is ideal where batteries or BMS components are installed farther apart in marine, RV, off-grid and stationary energy-storage systems.
